What happens after my 7-day trial?
After your trial ends, you can choose to continue with any plan. If you don't select a paid plan, your account will automatically move to the free Starter plan. You won't lose any data.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see is what you pay. Online giving transactions only incur Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) — we don't add any platform fees on top.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact us for details on annual plans.
